We want both you and your little one to be happy with every purchase. If the baby shoes you ordered aren’t quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Used or damaged shoes cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Easy Return Process

Email us at info@sweet-petite.com with your order number in the subject line.

We will send a return label via email.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the shoes, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
