  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the following business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Include your order number and photos for damaged goods.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
